Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, allowing our professionals the opportunity to accommodate clients on our waitlist.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service total.
We do understand that emergencies and illness may arise unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate those circumstances with understanding and flexibility.
No Call / No Show Policy
Please be advised that failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the missed service.
In order to book any future appointments, pay for the missed service must be rendered in advance.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and your respect for our team’s time, as well as for fellow clients who may be awaiting an appointment.
Child Policy
For the Safety of Your Children and the Comfort of our Guests
To ensure the safety, comfort, and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask that children visit the salon by appointment only when receiving services.
If you need to bring a young child with you, please arrange for an additional caretaker to supervise them during your appointment, unless they are old enough to sit in the reception area by themselves.
As much as we love little ones, we are focused on providing a relaxing experience for our guests.
This policy is in place not only to create a serene environment for all clients, but most importantly, to keep your child safe in a space with limited space and potentially dangerous equipment and chemicals.
