With a passion for exceptional customer service, Alicia is a dedicated Salon Manager with 16 years of experience in the salon and spa industry. She is also committed to providing top-tier service in a welcoming atmosphere.
Outside of the salon, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She is also committed to giving back to the community by proudly serving on the board of a nonprofit organization that raises funds for Boston Children’s Hospital, helping support children through their healthcare experiences.
